Paying with crypto.

The short version.

You buy a stablecoin — USDT or USDC, each worth one US dollar — on any exchange. At our checkout you pick that token, place the order, and we show you an address, a QR code and the exact amount. You send it. The order confirms itself, usually within minutes, and your confirmation email arrives on its own.

Nothing is charged to a card, nothing is stored about you, and there is no third-party payment script anywhere on this site.

What a stablecoin is, in one paragraph.

USDT (Tether) and USDC (Circle) are tokens designed to hold a value of one US dollar. They do not swing like bitcoin — that is the entire point of them, and it is why we price in euro and convert only at the moment the invoice is created.

So the number we ask you to send is fixed and does not move while you pay. If the invoice expires before you send it, you simply create a new one.

Which network to choose.

The same token exists on several networks, and they are not interchangeable. Pick the one your exchange offers most cheaply — then use that same network when you send.

The one rule: the network you pick at our checkout and the network you select on the withdrawal screen must be the same word. A USDT sent on Tron to a Polygon address does not arrive late — it does not arrive.

Your first time, step by step.

1. Open an account at a large exchange — Kraken, Binance, Coinbase and Bitvavo all serve the EU. Identity verification takes anywhere from minutes to a day, so do this part before you need it.
2. Fund it. A SEPA transfer is the cheap route and usually lands the next working day; a card is instant and typically costs a few percent more.
3. Buy USDT or USDC for the amount of your order, plus a euro or two for the network fee.
4. Come back to our checkout, choose Crypto, pick your token and network, and place the order. The address, the QR code and the exact amount appear immediately — and again in your email, so you can finish on a phone.
5. On the exchange, choose Withdraw, paste our address, select the same network, and enter the amount exactly as shown — every decimal.
6. Send. Polygon and Tron usually settle in under a minute. When it lands, the order flips to confirmed by itself and the confirmation email goes out.

That is the whole process. The second time it takes about ninety seconds.

The five mistakes people actually make.

1. Wrong network. The most expensive mistake in crypto, and the easiest to avoid: read the network twice before pressing send.
2. Rounding the amount. Payments are matched by the exact figure, to the last decimal. A rounded amount does not match automatically and waits for a human.
3. Letting the invoice expire. It is valid for two hours. After that, ask us for a fresh one rather than sending to an old address.
4. Sending a different token. USDT and USDC are not the same token; send the one you selected.
5. Sending from a service that hides the network. A few brokers and apps will not let you choose one. If you cannot see the network, use an exchange that shows it.

What it costs.

We add nothing for paying in crypto. The only extra is the network fee your exchange charges to send — cents on Polygon and Tron, and materially more on Ethereum.

Send the exact invoice amount and let the exchange take its fee on top; if it deducts the fee from the amount instead, increase the figure so that what arrives is what the invoice asks for.

What we can and cannot see.

Our payment system only watches for an amount arriving at an address. It never touches your wallet, never asks for a key or a seed phrase, and nobody at Peptheon will ever ask you for one.

There is no card data because there are no cards, and no third-party payment script loads in your browser here.

Refunds go back to the wallet that paid, in the same token on the same network, at the number of tokens received rather than their euro value on the day.

If something goes wrong.

Write to us with your order number and the transaction hash from your exchange. A payment that arrived late, in the wrong amount or against an expired invoice is matched by hand — it is a nuisance, not a loss. A payment sent on the wrong network is the one case nobody can undo, which is why it is first on the list above.
