Processing.

Orders are processed the same day. Bank transfers are packed the moment the payment lands on our side; crypto orders confirm themselves as soon as the network settles, which is usually minutes.

Anything ordered over a weekend or a public holiday goes out on the next working day.

Delivery times.

Most parcels arrive within 4 days of dispatch. That is the usual door-to-door time inside the European Union, not a guarantee — a carrier delay, a customs check or a wrong address can add a day or two.

You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for three working days, write to us and we chase the carrier ourselves.

Discreet packaging.

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. Nothing on the outside names the compound, the manufacturer or this shop, and the sender line carries a neutral name. The customs declaration says what it legally has to say and nothing more.

Cost.

One flat €20.00 per order — the fulfillment & delivery fee. It does not change with the number of items, the weight or the destination country, and a discount code never reduces it: coupons come off the goods.

Prices on the site are in EUR. We ship inside the European Union only.

If something arrives damaged.

Photograph the box and the contents before you unpack any further and send them to us with your order number. Breakages in transit are replaced or refunded — see Returns & Refunds. Returns & refunds

Storage when it arrives.

These products do not travel refrigerated and do not need to. We follow what each manufacturer prints for their own goods:

• Nordic Peptides — "Upon arrival, store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and never freeze the product." Lyophilised vials keep in a cool, dry place.
• Med Care Pharma — "Store at room temperature between 15 °C – 30 °C, away from light and moisture", and for the oil-based ampoules, "store in a cool dry place (30 °C ± 2 °C), protect from light".

So a parcel sitting in a hallway for a day is not a problem, and neither is the time it spends with the carrier. Once you open a vial, follow the manufacturer's own instruction on the product page.
