From checkout to doorstep: how a peptide order actually moves inside the EU

Most shops in this market treat shipping as a footnote. It is usually the thing people actually worry about: how long, what does the box look like, does it survive the trip, and what happens if it does not arrive.

So here is the whole path, step by step.

Step 1 — the order is priced on our side, not in your browser

When you place an order, the server takes its own snapshot of every price, checks the coupon inside the same transaction and stores that snapshot on the order. Nothing the browser sends about prices is trusted.

Practical consequence for you: the total you were shown is the total you are charged, and a price change tomorrow never touches an order placed today.

Step 2 — payment clears

Two rails: bank transfer, or crypto in USDT/USDC on Polygon, Ethereum or Tron. You pick at checkout, and each behaves differently in a way worth knowing before you choose — that is a separate piece.

Short version: crypto confirms itself, usually within minutes of the network settling, and the order flips to confirmed on its own. A bank transfer confirms when it lands with us, and your order number is the payment reference that matches it.

Step 3 — same-day processing

Orders that clear during a working day are packed the same day. Anything paid over a weekend or a public holiday goes out on the next working day. That is a real operational promise, not a marketing line, and it is the reason the cancellation window is genuinely short: once a parcel is packed and handed over, it is gone.

If you need to change or cancel something, write immediately — before dispatch we refund in full, delivery fee included.

Step 4 — a plain box

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. Nothing on the outside names the compound, the manufacturer or this shop. The sender line carries a neutral name, and the customs declaration says exactly what it legally has to and nothing beyond that.

No cold packs, no dry ice, no refrigerated courier — and that is not us cutting a corner. Nordic Peptides print “store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and never freeze the product”; Med Care Pharma print “store at room temperature between 15 °C – 30 °C”. A parcel that spends a day in a hallway is fine. What actually degrades a peptide is a different list, and cold-chain theatre is not on it.

Step 5 — tracked delivery, typically about four days

You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves us. Most orders arrive within roughly four days door to door inside the European Union. That is the usual time, not a guarantee: a carrier delay, a customs check or a mistyped address can add a day or two.

If tracking has not moved for three working days, write to us with the order number and we chase the carrier ourselves rather than telling you to.

We ship inside the EU only. Checking that receiving research material is lawful where you are is your side of the deal — it is in the terms, and it is the one thing we cannot do for you.

Step 6 — the cost

One flat fulfillment and delivery fee per order. It does not scale with the number of items, the weight or the destination country, and a discount code never reduces it — coupons come off the goods. The exact figure is on the shipping page and in the cart before you enter an address.

That structure rewards one thing: ordering everything at once. Two separate orders pay the fee twice, whatever is in them.

When it goes wrong

Photograph the box and the contents before unpacking any further, and send the photos with your order number. That one photo settles almost every case immediately.

Wrong item, wrong strength, damaged, leaking, broken seal, never arrived, batch too close to expiry: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we replace or refund, and we pay the return postage when a return is needed at all. What cannot come back is anything opened or reconstituted — nobody can verify what is in an opened vial or how it was kept, and we will not resell it to someone else. Refunds go back the way they came: a bank transfer to the account it came from, crypto to the wallet that sent it, in the same token on the same network.
